Qatar visa after resigning?

hi there' i am working in qatar for 5 years and 8 month. my question is if i go resign from current company, according new labor law can i come next day to qatar or should i wait until finish my remain visa

Hi Sarath, Please did i need to pay for work/labour permit Visa to work in Qatar. Also did i need an immigration lawyer to pay the sum of $900 dollars for the services before entering to qatar????
