We are moving from Chicago to Vietnam, is there a "on the ground" English speaking guide, etc that can assist us in exploring the area?

Vitnam has developped a lot recently and there are many english speakers that can help you. There are lot of tour guides but i'm sure once you move there and ask the neighbours you will find a good person willing to assist you.
