Schooling ages in Sweden | Expat Arrivals

My son is tuning 17 end of this year. He will move during the course of next year with us to Sweden. Does he go to College or High school? And which are the institutions I should look into ?

Thanks for posting in our forum. Where are you guys moving from, and what city are you moving to?

If he hasn't completed high school yet, he wouldn't yet be eligible for tertiary institutions. Swedish is generally the language of education in local public schools, so if he doesn't yet speak Swedish I'd recommend you go for a private English-speaking school, preferably one with the same curriculum he's been in up to now.
