Hi Suresh,
It is hard to say what salary is sufficient for someone as we all have different needs and lifestyles. Generally speaking, the cost of living is manageable in Ireland. Prices differ depending on which city you choose to live in though.
You can have a look at our guide on Cost of Living in Ireland to get a general idea of what living expenses are like in Ireland. The guide does focus on the capital city, Dublin, but will give you a general idea. Since Sligo is a smaller town, the cost of living is lower than in Dublin. You can also use sites like Numbeo or Expatisan to get an idea of the cost of living in different cities.
Will you have any allowances in your contract for things like accommodation or schooling? This may help keep your monthly costs down as well.
Hope this helps!
