My soon to be husband and I are moving to Bergen, Norway at the beginning of next year. We currently have 3 cats we are wanting to bring with us, and although we have found pet friendly hotels for the short term, our concern is finding rental accommodation that would allow us to have our pets. Does anyone have suggestions on how to find pet friendly rentals? Thanks, Georgia

I'm afraid there is no real quick fix solution to your problem. You'll have to check with each and every landlord wether they allow pets on the property. As you pets are a priority it will be best to do this before you go to the viewing, it will save you time in the long-run.
You'll definatley find it easier to find a pet-friendly property in Norway if you opt to live in a small house, as opposed to an apartment. Complexes in Norway can be quite strict when it comes to allowing pets. Those that do allow animals to live in the apartments, often limit to just one pet per apartment.
