Female with job offer and want to take my family with me, is it possible? how?

Hi there, I am a Mexican women who has recently received a job offer in Dhahran with a small place to live in Abqaiq, if I accept, I want to take my family with me (5 members in total): (1,2) 2 girls of 2 years old, (3) my best friend (women of 30 years old) who will take care of my girls and (4) her son of 11 years old. Because of the country policies, the company said that I can only go to work there under the single status, what they suggested me is to take them as a visitors and get them out and in of the country every six months. My question is for someone who has been a similar experience, how does it work? can I register the 3 kids in schools, saudis or internationals? how about early stimulation schools for the babies? in average, how expensive are the schools and health insurances for them? what other things do you consider will be an issue for this? one of them need to take epilepsy medicine, does it increase the health insurance cost? On the other side, how is the woman received as a worker in industry there? Please help me with this, I need to make a decision on it asap. Regards.
