Just google "China CUCAS scam" and get the real story. You can learn Chinese for free in China through a language exchange program.

Here is my suggestion to everyone willing to learn Chinese: I am a student in That's Mandarin Chinese School, I recommend this School for every Expat whatever their Chinese skills are. I am benefiting an intensive program and I feel hour per hour my abilities to speak improving !
