Hi alucan,

As you can see on our Netherlands Keeping in Touch page, the three biggest phone companies in the Netherlands are T-Mobile, Vodafone and Telfort. Have a look at their websites for deals that will cater to your needs.

Kind regards,

Alex

For most Dutch subscriptions (usually 1 of 2 years) you'd need a residence permit and a bank account. Prepaid plans are available without any identification. www.lebara.nl and www.lycamobile.nl have competetive prepaid/payasyougo offers geared towards foreigners - they offer very low tariffs for calling home. Do have a good look at the exact tariffs usually the connection fees are relatively high which makes the sim only worthwhile for very long calls. www.expatmobile.nl offers subscriptions for foreigners on the KPN network without asking for the residence permit or bank account. Also the duration of the contracts can be limited to less than 1 year
