What are public hospitals in Saudi Arabia like? Do I need to get health insurance in Saudi, or will I have full access to free public healthcare there as an expat?

Healthcare in Saudi Arabia is great, but it's expensive - you definitely have to have comprehensive health insurance, and you should get your company to pay for this!
