Now i have another good offer. But can anyone advise me on whether the visa will b granted or not. If I get, do I then face any problems physically entering the country and daeling with Saudi immigration at the border.
Please let me know your thoughts on this situation.

There is conflicting information on this. Officially and in general, people who leave without a final exit visa and no objection certificate are considered to have absconded and put on a black list. This is possibly why your first two applications were denied.
I have, however, read a report that says if your iqama is no longer valid and therefore off of the system, you can apply for a new visa with a different employer.
I don't know how trustworthy this information is but it does give some hope. All you can do is try, but be prepared for the very real possibility that your application could be denied.
Have a look at our Visas for Saudi Arabia page for an outline of the visa process.
Best of luck,
