Hello, i am swedish man that need a car in the Philippines so i wonder if i can buy one and own the car in my name or is it only possible for Philippinos to own car? I will marry one Philippino woman very soon so is it possible that time for me to own a car in Philippines or must my wife own the car? and the same questions for insurance please if someone know about this. I will not live in Philippines now, i will visit Philippines one time a year. Until now i have rent a car when i visit Philippines but it cost lots of money.

Yup, you can buy a car on your name. But you'll need a Philippine drivers' licence. As long as your current drivers' licence hasn't expired, written and practical drivers' tests will likely be waived. You also shouldn't have any problems getting car insurance as a foreigner.
The main stumbling block might be financing the car, depending on your position. Are you going to pay for the car in cash? If yes, it should be a fairly easy process. If not, you might find it hard to get the car financed as most foreign banks won't grant a loan or credit facilities to foreigners.
