Living in Gold Coast, Hong Kong?

Hi folks, we will be moving to HK in a few months time but do not know the city much, having visited only once. We are looking for a primary school and are very much impressed by Harrow in Tuen Mun. However, the issue is that my wife does not work so we are a bit worried as to whether she would be able to build a social circle so far out from the island. We are British Indians and are looking to go back to the UK in a few years so Harrow suits us very well for the transition, it obviously has an excellent reputation back home and their response so far has been very positive for a Year 3 admission next year.
I will be working on the island for a large company in Kowloon. Are there enough expats living in the area? An agent has sent us details of a new development by the name of Drake. Also, I would sometimes need a hospital for personal reasons, are there any in the area? We noticed on a forum that there are plenty of GPs in Gold Coast. We don't speak local language to make things more complicated!!
