I'm considering a position as an locomotive engineer with SAR. Wondering if anyone has the same position and what I could expect in terms of working conditions and what the average remuneration is?

Must be a ridiculous attrition rate for Locomotive Engineers in Saudi, I was just sent a job offer. Don't know if I'd consider it without alot of research. Money isn't everything.
